Arnold George DeVries

Arnold George DeVries, 93, of Rochester, NY, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025. Born in Rochester on October 1, 1932, Arnold proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later retired as a Deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

He was predeceased by his wife, Mary DeVries. He is survived by his sons James and Michael (Jennifer) DeVries; grandchildren Nicole DeVries and Rachael (Michael) Vendetta; and great-grandsons Jayden and Lucas Vendetta.

Calling hours will be held Monday, December 8, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624.  A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Lawson Road Church of Christ, 15 Lawson Road, Rochester, NY 14616.
