Billie went to glory, peacefully, on July 3, 2026, at age 75. She is predeceased by her parents William Thorn, Elaine and Richard Bean; brother Steve Thorn.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Brisk Brisco and her sons Dillon (Cristen), Ryan (Monica); grandchildren Elyssa (Josh), Taylor, Devin, Micah (Izzy), Alyia, Jonah, Ryan Renae, Annah; great grandchildren Lyric, Jayson, Levi, Josely, Adalyn; and many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Billie graduated from Gates Chili High School. She spent all of her working career as a phlebotomist and supervisor at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was a devoted wife and mother. Throughout her life, Billie cherished spending quality time with her entire family. She particularly enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her Christian faith was the foundation of her life. She served faithfully at her church in various ministries. Her walk with Jesus was a great example to all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at First Bible Baptist Church, 990 Manitou Rd Hilton, NY 14468, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 7pm.
Billie requested, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to First Bible Baptist Church (Missions) in her memory.
