Catherine Glass

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Catherine Glass, age 87. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Catherine built a life centered on love, family, and kindness. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert Glass, with whom she shared many cherished years.

Catherine was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, auntie, and friend. She was the loving mother of four children. She was predeceased by her children, Robert, John, and Claire, and is lovingly survived by her daughter, Janice (Joseph) McGonagle. 

She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Courtney McGonagle, Taylor McGonagle (Robert Byrnes), and McKayla McGonagle (Robbie Bullock), and a loving great-grandmother to Ciaran and Remi, who brought her immense joy. She was also a cherished auntie to many nieces and nephews and a devoted godmother to her beloved godson, Robert Murray. 

Catherine's family was the center of her world. She loved them deeply and was always there with love, support, and a helping hand whenever she was needed. Her kindness, strength, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her.

She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and all whose lives she enriched. While our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind and the love that will remain with us always.

Funeral services will be held privately for the family. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Catherine's memory.
