Debbie passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026 at age 69. She is predeceased by her husband Fulgencio Padilla; parents Grace & Raymond Dumbleton; and brother Stephen Dumbleton.
She is survived by her children Richard Dumbleton, Tina Padilla, Rannesis Padilla and Kimberly Padilla; grandchildren Amadeus Padilla, Natasha Padilla, Demetrius Dumbleton, Jasmine Fisher, Joshua Fisher, and Alejandro Santiago; siblings Mary Dean, Grace Sehm and Raymond Dumbleton; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Debbie was a loving mother and grandmother, whose family will miss her dearly.
Services for Debbie will be private.
