Demetrios "Jim" Vamvakitis

Passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 63. Demetrios "Jim" is predeceased by his parents Exaterini and Panayiotis Vamvakitis; and stepson Paul Stephens. He is survived by his longtime companion, Terri Stephens; son James (Holly) Vamvakitis; stepdaughter Christina Stephens; grandchildren Madison (Miranda) Begier, Alyicia, Adrian, Riley, Landon, Ariana, Xela, and Calla; sister Paula Vamvakitis; niece Nikole Schumacher; nephew Paolo Bianchi-Valenti; many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces & nephews. 

Jim was the owner of Bill's Diner for 31 years. Family and Friends are welcome to call on Thursday April 24, 2025, from 12:00-1:00pm at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 962 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14607. Funeral Service to follow at 1:00pm. Interment in Westside Memorial Garden, 60 Stryker Road Scottsville, NY 14546.
