Survived by her children, Donna (Robert) Midwick-Hiltz, Gayle Ann Booth, John (Marita) Midwick, Jeffrey Sr. (Shari) Midwick; grandchildren, Mark (Audrey), Jeffrey, Amanda, Morgan, Julia, Jared, Casey, Taryn & Alyssa; great grandchildren, Hailey, Kylie, Caleb & Connor; sisters, Ana Yankloski & Mary Cay (Tom) Kennelly; sister-in-law, Vicki Nagel; brother, Thomas (Pam) Nagel; several nieces, nephews & cousins.
