Eric J. "Jack" Reeves, 87 of Fairport, NY, passed away on May 28th, 2021. He was born and raised in Cooperstown, NY to the late Eric John Reeves (Buffalo) and Anna Dearborn (Smith) Reeves (Cooperstown).
Jack is predeceased by his wife, (Billie) Lee Reeves and survived by daughters, Donna Lee (Bill) Reeves-Collins, Deborah Eileen (Joe Nass, predeceased) Reeves; son, William Bradford (Pamela) Reeves and sons from a previous wife; Scott (Terri) Martin Reeves, Gregory Allan (Shawn-Ellen) Reeves and Jeffery John (Carol) Reeves; nine grandchildren: Eric (Ryan) Reeves, Lauren Reeves, Michael (Rachel) Reeves, Jeffrey Reeves, Stephen Reeves, Kevin (Liam) Reeves, Shelby Reeves, Meghan (Steve) Dash, Reid Collins and six great-grandchildren: Caroline Reeves, Samantha Reeves, J. Giovanni Reeves, River Reeves, Miles Reeves and Jack Dash. Jack is also predeceased by his brother Donald (Melba) Reeves; sister Eileen (Ricks) Littell and survived by brother from a second marriage, Robert (Elisabeth) Jerson; nephews, Donald Jr. "Donnie" (Madlyn), Eric Ray, Deanna (Jack) Friedman, Mark (Mary Ann) and Christopher Littell and twelve great-nieces and nephews.
After graduating from Colgate University, Jack joined the Air Force as a pilot, flying T-6's and B-25's after which he began his career at Esso Corporation, followed by joining and later acquiring a manufacturer's rep firm (H.C. Johnson Agency) in Rochester, NY.
In addition to his love and support of both his and Lee's sisters (Ella and Patsy) and their families, he adored his German Shepherds (Duke & Duchess) and some great years at his home in Victor, NY (Willowbrook Farms) where he and the family raised and showed Paint horses nationally. Jack was also a diehard Republican, Syracuse Basketball and Phil Mickelson fan.
Jack was laid to rest at a private family service on June 4th, at Oakwood Cemetery, Penfield, NY.
