On April 28, 2024. Predeceased by his son Todd Briggs and Todd's mother, Patricia Johnson-Briggs; brothers Buddy & Paul Briggs; sisters Lois Ricker & Jean Vinosh. Jim is survived by his loving and devoted wife Helen; daughters Heather (Kevin) McMullen and Karee Briggs; daughter-in-law Margaret Briggs; grandchildren Garrett, Patrick & Rian McMullen, Keirstin, Kaelynn, Tyler (Brooke), Kelsi & Karlee Briggs; great grandchildren Marion, Marius & Gabriel; sisters-in-law Gloria Briggs, Patricia Fennessey, Kathy (Jim) Caverly, Peggy Converse, Libby Spence, Millie (Bill) Gotwals, Mary (Bob) Klein; nieces, nephews, cousins and too many friends to name. 

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Jim's Life, Friday May 17, 2024, beginning at 2 PM in the pavilion at Chili American Legion Post 1830, located at 450 Scottsville-Chili Road, Scottsville, NY 14546.
