Peacefully on September 29, 2025 at the age of 62. Jay was predeceased by his parents James and Marilyn Wayda; sister Carol Brown; nephew Paul J. Wayda and sister-in-law Leslie Wayda. He is survived by his long-time companion Renee Fromm; daughter Lisa (Dustin Panebianco) Wayda; stepdaughter Shelby (Nola Provost) Fromm; siblings Jack Wayda, Kevin Wayda, Connie (Patrick) Doherty and Paul (Cyndi) Wayda; niece Brittany Doherty; nephews RJ (Robyn) Freeman, Nicholas D'Angelo and Joshua Wayda; great nieces Hayden and Harper Freeman; as well as many dear friends.
Jay was a long-time employee at Precise Tool & Manufacturing. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He also loved his gardens and spending time outdoors with his friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
