In Fort Pierce, Florida, suddenly on April 7, 2023 at the age of 87. Jean was predeceased by her husband Robert; daughter Pamela and grandson Scott. She is survived by her children James (Madeline), David (Debbie), Michael (Jill) and Mary (Carl) Knapp; grand and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Georgianna Ver Weire; nieces; nephews; cousins; many friends and her dog Chloe. Jean was originally from Spencerport, but resided in Florida in winter and North Carolina in summer.
Jean was a member of the Gates-Chili Ladies Auxiliary. She loved bowling, golfing, cards and being with family and friends and will be remembered as a beautiful lady with a huge heart. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
