Jeremy Sage

On June 11, 2026, at age 25. Jeremy passed away unexpectedly. He was predeceased by his grandmother Christine Sage and great grandmother Theresa Machuca-Rivera.

He is survived by his son Lerenzo Aiden Sage; mother Davina (Ngo Nguyen) Boyd; father Jeremy A. Schuknecht; sister Kayla Sage; maternal grandparents David & Maritza Boyd; paternal grandfather Gerald Schuknecht; uncles Michael (Rebecca) Boyd and Christopher Schuknecht; love of his life Steveana Mattice; many cousins, extended family, and friends.

Jeremy was dedicated to the craft of Masonry. He was committed to a successful career. He enjoyed working out and was the type of person who was always put together. He had the brightest smile, the loudest laugh, and a beautiful soul. He was selfless and would put his feelings aside to make others feel comforted. Jeremy loved his sister very much, he was also a great father who had a deep love for his son, his family, and his friends, all of whom, will miss him dearly.

Friends and Family are invited to Jeremy’s Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 9:30AM, at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin Street, Rochester, NY 14606. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
