On May 19, 2021 at the age of 90, heaven claimed another angel. John was born in Canandaigua on October 7, 1930. John served in the United States Army and Naval Reserves. He is survived by his wife Sally; son William Hutchens; daughter-in-law Anne Braddon; grandchildren Dillion, Maggie, Holly and Hannah. He is predeceased by his first wife Mary Ellen; second wife Lynn and brother Harold.
John worked for many years for the State of New York, retiring in 2001. He enjoyed sailing and living near the water. Services and interment will be private, at the convenience of the family. Kindly consider a donation to a military affiliated charity of your choice in John’s memory.
