Karen Ziegler

Karen passed suddenly and unexpectedly in her home on September 9, 2025. She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Robert & Margaret Ziegler and maternal grandparents John & Jessie Serafine.  Karen is survived by her loving parents Robert and Betty Ziegler; brother Robert (Marjorie); sisters Margaret (Charles) Beverly, Sandy (Michael), and Kathleen (Jerry). 

Additionally, Karen leaves behind nieces, Danielle Aiezza (Peter), Valerie Preston (Abhi) and nephews David Jackson (Alicia), Keith Preston, Robert Ziegler (Lindsay), Eric Ziegler (Sabrina); great nieces, Gianna, Rylee, Madalynne, Avery and great nephews, Jessie, Jett, and Jace. Karen loved spending time playing with them. 

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Karen's Life and Service on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 4-8 PM at Balcony Point at Springdale Farm, 700 Colby Street, Spencerport, NY 14559.

Karen had a huge heart and would help anyone. She had a special love of dogs. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to your choice of local animal shelters or Springdale Farm in honor of Karen's love of animals, especially her dog, Jacovie.
