Formerly of Leicester, NY, Kathy passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2024 at the age of 60. She is predeceased by her parents Richard and Margaret Brugger; brothers Thomas Brugger and Richard Brugger, Jr.; sister Patricia Reichold.
She is survived by her sisters Peggy (Paul) Outhouse of Gates and Wendy (James) Gurrant of York; brother-in-law William Reichold of Fairport; nephews Craig Outhouse, Tyler, Dylan and Evan Dacey; nieces Amy Outhouse, Bonnie Booher, Dawn James, Hali Dacey, Cheryl Threet and Deborah Threet; along with several great nieces and nephews and many dear cousins.
Kathy was involved in charitable work with Open Door Mission. She enjoyed painting and crafting, especially crochet and needlepoint. She was also a fan of the Muppets and Mickey & Minnie Mouse.
Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 1-3 PM followed by a Prayer Service beginning at 3PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider making a donation in Kathy's memory to The American Heart Association.
