Manny passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on May 15, 2026 at age 75. He was predeceased by his parents Manuel and Maria Candelaria.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 54 years, Diane Candelaria (Lipani); their children Ray Candelaria and Christine (Vincent) Condello; grandchildren Tyler, Aidan & Brody Candelaria and Zac & Ava Condello; sisters Mary Ientilucci and Dolores Atwood; brothers Joe (Sherri) Candelaria, Charles (Gerry) Candelaria and Tony Candelaria. sister-in-law Joyce Martel; brother-in-law Victor Lipani; many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
Manny loved the New York Yankees and tried to watch every game. He enjoyed antique car culture and collected & restored many different cars over the years, including corvettes and a 1946 Ford which he was very proud of. He was meticulous about his lawn, and he was well known in the neighborhood, where he could often be found riding around on his scooter. He had many friends and cherished those relationships, but his family was always most important. He cared deeply for his kids and grandchildren, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 3 PM to 7 PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Road.
