Mark T. Wawro

Mark Wawro was an honorable man who said what he meant and meant what he said. Loving husband to Almeda and proud father to Jason and Juliet. Brother to Dan, Mike, Kathy, and Jim, father-in-law to Andrea and grandfather to Bronislaw.
When asked for advice by his daughter in his final hours he said, “do unto others…” He spent his retirement shooting hoops at the community center and dominating at Jeopardy. An uncomplicated man who put his family first, even at the end. If you asked him if he wanted anything, he would usually respond with, “a few kind words.” Always one who had jokes, great taste in music but couldn’t carry a tune. We miss his singing. We remember his strength and send him love while he’s resting in peace.
