Michael J. Greggo

Michael J Greggo of Chappaqua NY passed away peacefully near his home in Fairport NY on Saturday, May 23,2026, surrounded by his family after an eight year battle with leukemia. Michael was devoted to those he loved and is survived by his wife Kathy, four children Ben, Lauren, James and Danielle and 5 grandchildren.

Michael was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast who enjoyed cheering on the underdog. When not working, watching sports or playing golf, Mike was found in the kitchen cooking his famous lasagna or sneaking extra crispy chocolate chip cookies.

Michael will be remembered most for his extraordinary ability to tell a story so fantastic that it captivated everyone in the room. He will be known for never meeting a stranger and making everyone feel welcome at his table. Mike turned quiet ordinary moments into extraordinary events,— he had a story for every occasion. His laughter and spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
