Born in Rochester, NY on May 27, 1939; daughter of Maurice and Agnes Walsh. Fell asleep in death on May 6, 2024. Beloved wife, mother, sister & friend. Predeceased by husband (of 57 years) William; brothers Robert Walsh (Florence) and William LaRue; sister Lucille Parrish (Melvin). She is survived by her children Susan Catino (James), Peter Schmidt (Diane), and Paul Schmidt (Kimberly); grandchildren James Catino (Marcella) and Jesse Catino; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Nancy touched a great many lives throughout the years with her gentleness, kindness, friendliness and loyalty. She faithfully served her God Jehovah for many years. She will be dearly missed. We look forward to the time when we will see her again.
Memorial Service will be held in-person on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 52 Ingress Park, Rochester NY, 14606. Calling hours 2-3:30 pm, followed by a Memorial talk at 3:30 pm.
It will also be possible to attend the Memorial service via Zoom videoconferencing. The Zoom meeting will open at about 2:45 pm, where you can view a slideshow of memories of Nancy’s life. At 3:30 pm, the Memorial talk will be streamed live.
