On April 7, 2023 after a brief illness, surrounded by his family and close friend, Bill Conley. Born to Angelo and Josephine DiSalvo on November 18, 1946. He is survived by his wife, Jackie DiSalvo; son, Daniel (Jill) DiSalvo & daughter Gina (Eric) Laughlin; his beloved granddaughters Amellia DiSalvo and Lilly Rozzi; sister Marilyn (Lou) Bivone; sisters-in-law Pam Morrill, Meg (Marty) Barber, and Liz Burton; nephews Joe (Antonella) Bivone & Lou (Nikki) Bivone; niece Michelle (Eric) Henn, and many more loving family and friends. Peter served in the Army as a medic and was a retired USPS manager. His second family was at Gates Volunteer Ambulance where he was a member for more than 40 years.
Friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Friday, April 14 at 1pm at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 601 Edgewood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. Interment will be private. To honor Peter, do a kindness. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Gates Volunteer Ambulance or a charity of your choice.
