Peter's roots ran deep in Pittsford, NY, where he was born and raised, embracing the values instilled in him by his Catholic upbringing. He embarked on his academic journey at McQuaid Jesuit High School and later earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Le Moyne College. A native of Rochester, NY, Peter devoted himself to the family business, Wambach Farms, Inc., assuming its stewardship from 1988 until 2011, showcasing his commitment to its legacy and success.
A man who epitomized a 'family-first' mentality, Peter consistently placed others before himself, embodying the true essence of selflessness. His profound love extended boundlessly to his family, nieces, nephews, and children, their happiness being his utmost priority. Peter found immeasurable joy in witnessing his sons engage in their passions, whether it was hockey, soccer, or lacrosse, relishing the camaraderie among fellow parents, friends, and families as they supported their endeavors.
Peter's multifaceted talents and interests were evident; he possessed an innate ability to mend and construct almost anything, coupled with a passion for landscaping that aimed for nothing short of perfection. Among his cherished places was Surveyors Island, where he found solace and contentment.

His absence will be deeply felt, yet his memory will endure eternally, a testament to his unparalleled kindness, boundless generosity, and enduring thoughtfulness. Peter G. Wambach Jr. will be profoundly missed, but the impact of his love and legacy will resonate forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
