Peacefully on July 3, 2024, surrounded by his family. He is predeceased by his parents Joseph & Alice Hayes and sister Shirley Elkins. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Barbara Hayes; his three sons William (Michell) Hayes, Philip "Mike" Hayes and Thomas Hayes; stepchildren Scottie (Paula) Hine, Chad (Amy) Hine, Kim (Shawn) DeVries, Kristy Hine, Katie Trovato and Kurt Hine; grandchildren Grace Katherine Hayes, Benjamin Thomas Hayes, Jasmine Hayes, Angelique Hayes, Haley Hine, Max Hine, Lindsey Hine, Dylan Hine, Grayson DeVries, Sloane DeVries, Alina Trovato, and Logan Trovato; brother Marty Hayes; nieces Lisa Brown and Pamela Elkins; nephew Todd Elkins and a large extended family and many friends. 

Services and interment will be private.
