Romilde Sofia Obituary

Peacefully, surrounded by her family, Romilde passed away on July 22, 2026 at age 79. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Sofia Sr.; brother-in-law Chris Sofia; parents Edra and Alberto DeCompos; sisters Rose and Ruth.

She is survived by her children Edna (Luiz) Compos, Daniella (Bill Andrszek) Weiser, Lucia (David Cruz) Sofia and Joseph Sofia Jr.; many grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters; nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her beloved dog Keela.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday July 31, 2026 from 5-6 Pm at James R. Gray Funeral Home.
