Rosemary "Rosie" Moynihan

On February 17, 2026, at age 74, Rosie passed away peacefully at home. She was predeceased by her parents Jack and Irene Gordon; her brother Charles Gordon; sister-in-law Katherine (William) Lehon; brothers-in-law Rev. Jeremiah Moynihan, Michael Moynihan and Thomas (Barbara) Moynihan. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John Moynihan; brother Jack (Diane) Gordon; brothers-in-law Marty (Debbie Leckinger) Moynihan and Jim (Hiroko) Moynihan; sister-in-law Gail Moynihan; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Rosie loved to tend to her flower and vegetable gardens while enjoying the outdoors. She formed many close relationships throughout the years, especially with her dear friends and neighbors whom she cared for a great deal. 

Per Rosie's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to Rosie's Funeral Mass which will be celebrated on Saturday, March 7, 2026 beginning at 10 AM at St. Christopher's Church, 3350 Union Street, N. Chili, NY 14514.
