Predeceased by her husband Duane Neu. Survived by her children Robert (Dianna) LaBreck, Cheryl Dodd, Glenn Kearns, Kathy Vogel, Dana ( Karen) Neu, Scott Neu; son-in-law Bruce McMahon; grand, great-grand and 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces, nephews & cousins.

Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating Ruthe's life on Saturday, January 18th from 1 PM to 5 PM at the shelter at Lions Park, Kentucky Ave. in Gates. Services and interment will be private. Please consider honoring Ruthe with a donation to Gates Volunteer Ambulance.
