I met Sharon  at Harter, Secrest when we were both young.  I vividly remember her quick wit and sardonic grin.  She was a terrible tease and a very positive personality.  I don't think I ever had an interaction with her that didn't end with my going away with a smile.  I will miss her.

The two people I remember meeting my first day at Harter, Secrest & Emery were Tom Solberg, and Sharon, each whom shared valuable insights into the mysteries of the "big firm."  She was a valuable member of the team who will be missed by friends, family, and many, many former colleagues.

Sharon and I worked together for decades at Harter, Secrest & Emery. She was always kind, competent and cheerful - the kind of person a large organization needs in order to hum along. I am so sorry for her family and close friends.
