It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sonia Lopez, a beloved Daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world peacefully on 11/19/2024, surrounded by the love of her family.

Sonia was a beacon of strength, kindness, and unwavering love. She devoted her life to nurturing her family and friends. Sonia just enjoyed taking care of others, creating a home filled with laughter, warmth, and countless cherished memories. Her wisdom and compassion touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Born on December 31, 1965 in San Juan Puerto Rico, Sonia lived a life that exemplified resilience, grace, and a deep commitment to those she loved. Known for her BOUNDLESS GENEROSITY, she dedicated her life to creating joy for those around her. She left an indelible mark on the world.

Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, Alyssa Ramirez her eldest Samantha Ramirez her middle & Nina Rivera her youngest, and her grandchildren, who were her greatest joys. She is also survived by her Husband Luis Cortes her parents Juan & Carmen Lopez and Pilar as well as her siblings Marisa, Cukiy, Juan & Miguel , who will forever cherish her memories.

Though she is no longer with us, her light will continue to guide us, and her love will remain a constant in our lives.

Rest in peace, Sonia. You will always be in our hearts. We love You Ma.
