Paschal passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025 at age 88. He was predeceased by his brother Brendan O'Connor and brother-in-law Eugene Monica; sister-in-law Irene (Dave) Millar. He is survived by his loving wife Gail O'Connor (nee Hagerty); daughter Maura (Jason Walker) O'Connor; brother Denis (Gloria) O'Connor; sisters-in-law Mary O'Connor, Pamela Monica and Yvonne (Walt) Brandt; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Paschal was a proud veteran of the United States Army; member of American Legion Dowd Post #98, as well as the Harp's Club. He retired from Rochester Institute of Technology after a career that spanned more than 25 years.He enjoyed watching and playing Irish sports and was fiercely proud of his Irish Heritage.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 4 - 7 PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Rd. Rochester, NY 14624. His Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday, September 6 at 10 AM at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Gates, NY 14606. Interment will follow in Irondequoit Cemetery.
