Timothy Gonyo

Passed on July 9, 2025, at age 66. Tim Gonyo was deeply loved by his five brothers—Bob, Bill, Gordy, Todd, and Steve—and his sister, Carolyn. Most of all, we will miss his gentle presence, calm demeanor, sense of humor, and unwavering willingness to lend a hand.

A dedicated worker, Tim spent over 20 years with the family business, focusing on construction and finishing work. He had a passion for playing softball, music, watching hockey, riding motorcycles, and racing RC cars.

Tim was always there for his nieces and nephews, and in his later years, he formed special bonds with his great-nieces and great-nephews. He reminds us to value our days, weeks, and years—because life is short. Hug those around you. Always show up for family. And smile whenever you're together. We will miss Tim's gentle presence, sense of humor, and willingness to lend a hand.

All Friends of the Gonyo Family are welcome to come celebrate his life on November 15th, 2025 from 4 pm - 8 pm at the American Legion of Chili, 450 Scottsville-Chili Rd, Scottsville, NY 14546
