Viola M. Cerretto passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at age 87. She is predeceased by her daughter Mary Jane Rowley; parents Michael and Ourania Karras; brothers George (Charlotte) Karras and Christ Karras.
Viola is survived by her loving husband of 69 years Anthony Cerretto; their children David (Dawn) Cerretto, Anthony Cerretto and Michele (Michael) Egan; grandchildren Jared, Janel (Dan), David (Amanda), John (Renee), Brittany (Nathan), Matthew (Nichole), Katelyn (Charlie), Randy, Julia (Mike), Ryan and Leah (Eric); 15 great grandchildren; sisters Mary Karras and Betty Totten; sister-in-law Carolyn Karras; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viola was the heart of the family and she took care of them all. She loved them dearly and treated them all with the same love and compassion.
Friends and Family are invited to call on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Road. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM at Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
