Obituary
Affectionately known as Pa, Pops & Mr.Bill, William was born to William, Sr. and Thelma Anthony in Batavia, NY in 1949. William passed away on April 11th at the age of 73. He is predeceased by both of his parents; his stepmother Lois and the love of his life Sandy. He is survived by his wife Eileen; brother Tom; sisters Carol and Sandy; his beloved kids, Michael, William (Sheena), James (Marissa), Virginia (David), Miranda & Jamie (Gary, who just so happened to be his partner in crime). He loved all of his grandkids Angela, Xander, Eddie, Peter, Kashis, Kalyca, Xavier, Adrienne and Alex, but his bond with his grandson/best friend Jayden was like no other and truly unstoppable from the very beginning. Known as the neighborhood Pa, William will be missed by many lifelong neighbors, friends and family alike.
Friends and family are invited to call on Monday May 8, 2023 from 2-4PM at James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Rd. Rochester, NY 14624. Interment and Military Honors will take place on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 2PM at Western NY National Cemetery in Corfu, NY.
