He is survived by his remaining siblings, Colleen Distefano, Maureen and (Frank) Kenney, Dennis and (Laurie) Kiley, Timothy and (Betsy) Kiley, and Gregory and (Kathleen) Kiley, and Eileen Brennan and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Originally from East Islip, NY, Bill settled in upstate New York living his best years in the Town of Gates. An engineer by trade, Bill completed 37 years at Kodak/Kodak Alaris before retiring in 2022. He was very active and engaged in local politics and worked tirelessly on several political campaigns. His varied loves and interests in the outdoors, the Buffalo Bills, the New York Mets, local and national politics, science, philosophy, science fiction, theater, classic movies, and reading were all eclipsed by his great love for his grandchildren and the countless hours of time spent with them. In his own words, a life well lived. He will be dearly and forever missed.
